In 2025, Clearway helped communities recover from wildfires in California and flooding in Texas. We provided $100,000 to the fire relief efforts in southern California, making two $50,000 donations to the American Red Cross and the California Fire Foundation.

In Texas, Clearway and our sites donated more than $50,000 and 36 volunteer hours in response to the Guadalupe River Flood in July. In addition, we created a matching program to double employee donations to San Angelo Area Foundation Flood Relief, Kerr County Flood Relief Fund, the American Red Cross, and other eligible non-profits. Several team members from our Langford Wind site volunteered their time to help with rescue efforts, spending a day working to remove drywall and insulation from a home damaged by flooding.

In connection with our Honeycomb Energy Center, an energy storage facility being developed near Cedar City, Utah, we supported community resilience in Iron County with a $10,000 donation to Iron County Care and Share, an organization dedicated to providing compassionate assistance and essential resources to individuals and families facing hardship. The donation will help expand emergency shelter capacity and support the development of a Tiny Home Village near Honeycomb and its adjacent solar arrays, creating safe, private transitional housing for people experiencing homelessness.

The Tiny Home Village will offer more than shelter. Residents will have access to on-site supportive services designed to promote stability, recovery, and long-term self-sufficiency. By partnering with trusted local organizations, Clearway is helping address urgent community needs, strengthen social support systems, and create pathways toward housing security and economic resilience for vulnerable residents in Iron County.

The Young Marines is a national youth organization serving boys and girls from age eight through high school, with a focus on developing leadership, self-discipline, and strong citizenship through community service. The program promotes a healthy, drug-free lifestyle while reinforcing the Marine Corps’ core values of honor, courage, and commitment, along with the Young Marines’ emphasis on leadership, discipline, and teamwork.

Based in Big Spring, Texas, Cross Roads Young Marines works to strengthen young people’s lives by encouraging self-confidence, academic success, respect for veterans, and active community involvement. In 2025, our Ocotillo and Elbow Creek wind sites donated a total of $6,000 to the organization to help cover the costs of new uniforms and field equipment for training purposes, taking the unit to observe the Navajo Code Talker Day, and travel for selected Young Marines to commemorate Pearl Harbor Day in Hawaii.

In operation since 2014, our 290 MW Agua Caliente solar project in Yuma County, Arizona, has proudly supported the Antelope Union High School District through our Adopt-a-School program. In 2025, a $15,000 donation created opportunities for student development that would not otherwise be available.

Clearway’s support helped students attend the National Student Council Vision Conference, a world-opening experience that connects them with peers from across the country and builds confidence, perspective, and ambition.

Funding also supported participation in the Arizona Association of Student Councils Leadership Camp, a transformative experience in which students from diverse districts collaborate, discover shared values and goals, and return with renewed campus pride and fresh ideas.

Locally, Clearway’s contribution strengthened the school’s 25^th annual Freshman Retreat, a long-standing tradition that unites students from rival feeder schools through outdoor team building and leadership development.

Together, these programs help students step outside their comfort zones, form lasting connections, and emerge as confident, empathetic leaders ready to shape a positive school culture.

At Clearway, the “season of giving” isn’t limited to the holidays – it’s a year-round commitment to being a good neighbor in the communities across the country that host our projects.

From Hawaiʻi to West Virginia, our solar and wind site teams are proud to give back to their communities in meaningful and lasting ways. In 2025, they contributed more than $56,000 to local food banks, while continuing to invest in community programs and partnerships that make a difference close to home. At a national level, Clearway corporate provided $20,000 in donations to food banks across the country.

We’re proud to invest in the places where we live and work. From supporting emergency services to partnerships through our flagship Adopt-a-School programs, our community investments are designed to help build strong, vibrant communities for all.

Our Operations team does an incredible job engaging with students around the country through our Adopt-A-School and charitable giving programs. Examples include:

• Robotics in Arizona: Clearway sponsored Arizona’s only all-girls robotics team at the First Robotics World Competition in April, encouraging Arizona Girl Scouts in the male-dominated field of competitive robotics.
• Visiting Hawaii classrooms: Members of Clearway’s Hawaii team visited a local school to talk about their work as wind technicians.
• Field trip at Broken Bow Wind: Fourth graders from Sandhill Dunnings Elementary School in Nebraska took a field trip to our Broken Bow wind farm in May.
