Welcome to Clearway’s 2025 Sustainability Report. Now in its second year as a fully web-based publication, this report is designed to provide transparent, accessible insight into our environmental, social, and governance performance, while offering stakeholders the ability to easily find and explore the topics most relevant to them.

In 2025, our work remained grounded in a simple but powerful objective: delivering responsible, affordable clean energy that supports American energy independence while benefiting the communities we serve. As demand for clean power grows, Clearway is proud to help strengthen the nation’s energy security through low-carbon generation that reduces emissions and supports long-term grid stability.

Our commitment extends beyond the electricity we produce. Across our fleet and development pipeline, we prioritize responsible environmental stewardship, from thoughtful siting and land management practices to initiatives that protect natural resources and promote biodiversity.

At the same time, we continue investing in the communities where we live and work—building strong local partnerships, supporting workforce development, and contributing to economic growth in rural and urban areas alike.

Internally, we advanced employee engagement around safety, ethics, and sustainability, reinforcing a culture where every team member understands their role in upholding our sustainability commitments. We also continued refining our data collection and reporting processes to enhance regulatory compliance, transparency, and ensure stakeholders have clear, decision-useful information.
