Our Employee Inclusion Groups

Clearway’s Employee Inclusion Groups (EIGs) are company-sponsored, voluntary, employee-led communities open to all employees and dedicated to supporting specific demographic populations. Our EIGs strive to build inclusive, supportive communities that celebrate individual and cultural diversity, and are a critical linchpin of the Clearway culture.
