Juan Gallegos

As a seasoned Senior Global Human Resources Executive with over 18 years of experience, Juan brings extensive expertise in developing full lifecycle people strategies that drive organizational success. Juan is a US Army combat veteran and previously was the Vice President of People Operations at Cornerstone Building Brands. Prior to joining Cornerstone, Juan previously held executive and leadership Human Resource positions at Amazon, Cenergy, and Mastec. Juan holds a master’s in human resources from Cornell University and a bachelor’s in business administration from Florida International University.
Juan Gallegos is the Vice President of Human Resources at Clearway Energy Group, where he oversees all aspects of the Human Resources operations, development, and implementation.
