Black Rock

110 MW Mineral and Grant counties, West Virginia

Black Rock is a 110 MW wind farm in Grant and Mineral counties, West Virginia. Once complete, Black Rock will serve offtakers AEP Energy and Toyota.

Mesquite Sky

345 MW Callahan County, Texas

Mesquite Sky is a 345 MW wind farm in Callahan County, Texas. Once complete, Mesquite Sky will serve offtakers Deere & Company and Whirlpool Corporation.

Re-powering Wind

Clearway’s portfolio includes some of the earliest wind sites across the country. Today, we’re
repowering 1 GW of our wind sites in Texas, West Virginia, and New Mexico to expand the
operating life of each site with the latest technology.


55 MW Keyser, West Virginia

Clearway is repowering Pinnacle, a 55 MW wind farm in Keyser, West Virginia. Repowering Pinnacle will extend the life of the project by a decade with the latest wind technology and extend the project’s Community Benefit Fund, which has already awarded more than $232,000 in grants to local community organizations since operations began in 2012.

Utility-Scale Solar

Clearway is developing more than 5.5 GW of utility-scale solar, including in Arizona, California,
Colorado, Hawaii, Kentucky, Missouri, Mississippi, New Mexico, Texas, Virginia, and

Daggett Solar

650 MW solar + 450 MW storage San Bernardino, California

Daggett Solar is a 650 MW solar array paired with 450 MW storage. Daggett will create significant local economic benefits, including 500 construction jobs, an estimated $18.5 million in additional property tax revenue, $210 million in local spending during construction, and up to $5 million annually during the life of the project.

Mililani I & Waiawa

75 MW Honolulu County, Hawaii

Mililani I (39 MW) and Waiawa (36 MW) represent the second phase of Clearway’s utility-scale solar projects in Hawaii contracted with Hawaiian Electric. Both projects will include battery storage.

Victory Pass & Arica Solar

400 MW Riverside County, CA

Located on federal land under Bureau of Land Management (BLM) jurisdiction, the Arica and Victory Pass Solar projects represent a major renewable energy investment in Riverside County. With a combined planned capacity of up to 465 megawatts (MW) of solar and 400 MW of energy storage, the projects would generate enough clean electricity to power approximately 132,000 homes.

Texas Solar Nova

450 MW Kent County, TX

Texas Solar Nova is a major investment in West Texas’ clean energy economy. Once complete, Texas Solar Nova will help corporate offtakers reach their sustainability goals with long-term power contracts.

Community Solar

As one of the largest developers, owners, and operators of community solar, Clearway’s
community solar portfolio includes more than 250 MW in Illinois, Massachusetts, and New York.

Illinois Community Solar

50 MW Illinois

Clearway is developing over 60 MW across 22 community solar projects in Illinois. In 2020, Clearway subscribed its first major community solar customer in Illinois, Northwestern University, helping support the continued development of the company’s portfolio in the state.

Massachusetts Community Solar

170 MW Massachusetts

Clearway is developing over 170 MW across 35 projects in Massachusetts, including solar projects paired with storage. Clearway celebrated the completion of its first community solar+storage projects in the spring of 2020.

New York Community Solar

35 MW New York

In 2019, Clearway celebrated the completion of its first community solar projects in New York’s Hudson Valley. Clearway is developing 35 MW across 13 community solar projects in New York.
